The Problem
Corporate strategy was run with post-its, Miro boards, slides and spreadsheets in one-off workshops. Knowledge got lost along the way: the insight from the workshop never connected to the KPI tracked six months later, the portfolio became a static PDF, and follow-up was done by hand. There was also no analytical tool to balance the Impact Equation (Profit, People, Planet, Prosperity) and simulate trade-offs.

The intelligent layer — AI, automation, and orchestration — at the heart of the system.
The method was the product and AI was a smart layer inside it, not a chatbot. The IDeA Master Tools became connected modules: Strategic Compass, Insight Radar, Opportunities × Capabilities matchmaking, a Domain Builder wizard, a Dynamic Portfolio with expected-value recalculation, a Systemic Roadmap and an Execution Board with Kanban, KPIs and monitored assumptions. An AI copilot with 8 specialized agents listens, organizes, suggests, challenges and monitors, following the rule “AI suggests, humans decide.” It was built in weekly sprints with a navigable prototype, full documentation, a bilingual interface (PT/EN) and deployment on its own VPS.
